Yoga, through asanas , takes us to our subtle level where it helps to cure non communicable disease like insomnia, depression, thyroid, diabetes. PCOS and other lifestyle diseases.

Will yoga help me to get calm and peace?

Of course, the purpose of yoga is to achieve calmer and peaceful mind, healthy and fit body is just the side effect of yoga.

I have medical problems. Can I attend?

Sure. Our instructors will warn before doing difficult yoga poses for medical conditions. So keep away from doing that yoga.
